How did Peter walk on water?

In a state of rest, total reliance and peace and faith in Jesus.

In the Spirit realm, there are two Kingdoms:
The Kingdom of Christ. Above the water and walking on top of it ( the kingdom of darkness).

And the kingdom of darkness which is as the roaring sea in which all the demons and principalities and powers and minions of Heylel (the devil) will never have rest for their souls.

When Peter looked to Christ walking on the water, he in essence ‘came to Him’, and found rest for his soul.

If Peter had no rest for his soul, he would have partnered with the devil and become one with him. This would have hindered him from displaying the ability to walk on the water.

The same holds true for restfulness of the soul having the effect of us partnering with Jesus, and allowing us to walk on the water.

By looking at Christ, he partnered with Him so that for the short while, he could walk above the water as Christ did.

The reason why he was pulled under was because the kingdom of darkness like a bloodhound can sniff out when your soul is not at rest, snapped at his heels, and pulled him under. If it was not for our Saviour, he might have drowned.

Both Kingdoms have magnetic attraction – True North and Magnetic North.

One Kingdom can smell and is magnetically attracted to Love Joy, Peace, Happiness and Faith.
The other Kingdom can sniff and is attracted magnetically to our fear, doubt, uncertainty, and anger etc.

Therefore we see why it is so important to find rest for our souls. Even more so, we see the significance and the vital importance of us ‘coming to Jesus’ in order for us to find rest for our souls.

Matthew 11:29
New King James Version (NKJV)

29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.

We will not be able to conquer darkness otherwise. Jesus whose soul was always at rest, proves an example of this.

Proverbs 10:3

New King James Version (NKJV)

3 The Lord will not allow the righteous soul to famish,
But He casts away the desire of the wicked.

When we are in rest, we triumph. A beautiful picture of the King sitting enthroned (resting) because the work is finished is a perfect example of this.

The best way for a king to decree what should happen, is for him to decree while he is at rest.

A note on communion from Him just communicated!
When you take of my Blood you take of My Soul which is always at Rest. The life (nephesh equals soul) is in the Blood…. BOOM
