Corporate structure in Heaven and on Earth
The Lord is making clear again that everything starts in Heaven. If we have that blueprint right we will get it right on earth.
A corporate structure requires shareholders and investors. If the business does well, the shareholders and investors partake in a share of the profits by way of dividends and possible increase on their value of investment.
The labourers benefit from excellent salaries.
As a son we are an inheritor of the shares. An Heir.
As a worker/ orphan we only get paid for the work.
A son gets full revelation of Fathers unending love and grace.
An orphan/ worker only gets full revelation of the Law.
13 It was not through the law that Abraham and his offspring received the promise that he would be heir of the world, but through the righteousness that comes by faith. (NIV)
14 For if those who depend on the law are heirs, faith means nothing and the promise is worthless, (NIV)
2 but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom also he made the universe. (NIV)
The Lord’s Covenant With Abram
1 After this, the word of the Lord came to Abram in a vision: “Do not be afraid, Abram. I am your shield, your very great reward.” (NIV)
If the business does not do well, the maximum the shareholders can lose is their investment. But the labourers can lose their job.
There should be no difference between this Heavenly structure and the Earthly structure. From a Heavenly perspective we all start as workers.
When we recognise we are sons of God and born again, we all start to be heirs and investors in His Kingdom and His Son.
17 Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory. (NIV)
We all are partakers of His suffering, but we also benefit from the upside dividend of a successful Church. It is in our interest as sons of God to grow Papa’s business profitably and successfully.
That means investing and taking back ground and assets that have not worked properly. When this ground is tilled well, and harvested well the corporation (Church) will flourish and the harvest will be plentiful.
37 Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. 38 Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.” (NIV)
Good workers, however few creating a plentiful harvest does not stop there.
The goods need to be consumed and used. The food needs to get to market. What’s the point of a massive harvest if it can’t get to market to be consumed?
An ugly statistic rarely admitted.
Today, only half the food created in the UK that goes to supermarkets, is consumed or reaches the end user. Wasted effort by the growers.
The reason is for rejection by buyers, wrong lorry slots and returns .
This scandal is due to profitability priorities, bullying suppliers and overly risk averse quality levels.
We must be careful that in the Church we do not go the same way. We ensure that every harvested soul is used and trained to generate more harvest.
The Lord said ‘Harvest seed to produce seed’.
We have a challenge as sons to take back the land that has decayed and produced less fruit. When we take it back we need to nurture it with His glory.
19 For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God. 20 For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope; 21 because the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. 22 For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now. 23 Not only that, but we also who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our body. (NKJV)
The Lord said to us:-
‘The reason why the earth is in such a state of turmoil is due to the Glory of the sons of God not being made manifest yet. The Glory carries redemption and the ability to turn back time and make all things new and well again. Just as glorious as it was in Eden.’
24 Very truly I tell you, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds. (NIV)
