Wisdom is Jesus! Everything points to Jesus. Everything is held together by Him.
” For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things have been created through Him and for Him. He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.”
How He decides to appear to us as Wisdom, in whatever form, is up to Him. As He holds everything together It cannot be any other way. He is the Laminin that is inside our body as a cell adhesive. At every level of Creation, He is the glue.

Proverbs 1:1 King James Version (KJV)
1 The proverbs of Solomon the son of David, king of Israel;
This morning as we were having our quiet time, we decided to meditate on the Book of Proverbs.
We had told the Lord that we are meditating on a Book that we know very little about, in order to show that we most certainly do not have ANY ABILITY to base the revelation He gives on anything that we know. This was proof to us in one way or another that we had totally submitted to Him and ‘chucked’ everything we knew out the window. We had chosen to humble ourselves, and receive PURELY from Him. As far as He was willing to give, which is much more than we could ever comprehend..
We began at the beginning of the Book of Proverbs.
Our plan was to “chew” on the Word and rely on Him to tell us what it meant. The second word “proverbs” caught our eye – then immediately we felt inspired by the Lord to look up this word in Hebrew, and see what we could find.
Apparently from H4910 in some original sense of superiority in mental action; properly a pithy maxim, usually of a metaphorical nature; hence a simile (as an adage, poem, discourse): – byword, like, parable, proverb.
Total KJV occurrences: 39
As we were looking at this entire Strong’s paragraph attributed to explaining the word ‘proverb’ and what it meant from a Hebrew perspective, the Hebrew letters in this explanation caught our eye.
“Look up what they mean “, we felt the Spirit directing us.
The 3 Hebrew letters that make up this word are the following:
Mem – the flowing stream, the source of wisdom
Shin – To destroy
Lamed – tongue (power of the tongue)/wisdom of men/earthly wisdom
( Proverbs 18:21
” Death and life are in the power of the tongue,
And those who love it will eat its fruit.”)
He then instructed us to put these words together to form a sentence.
“The stream that’s flowing through you will destroy anything evil that can be emitted by the tongue, as well as tame it.”
In other words:-
It will show that My Wisdom is higher than this world’s wisdom.”
But the revelation did not stop there. The Holy Spirit spoke:
“What Hebrew letter is found in the centre of all of this?” He asked us.
“The letter Shin, which represents the Son of God and Jesus Christ as the conquering King.” He continued.
” You see, My children, when Jesus is at the centre of it all, His Wisdom flows through you when you come and drink of the River, and will cause you to be wiser than any of the sages of this world.
A day in My Presence is equal to a thousand years. Spending it with Me, learning from Me, will give you more Wisdom in a day than any mere human being can acquire on his own, in his entire lifetime.
This is how I will show the glory of My Son and My children in this world by making the world’s wisdom seem entirely useless. It is only when you embrace Me that you embrace true and everlasting Wisdom.
Every time you sit at Jesus’ feet you allow Him to infuse into you the fulness of His Divinity – Divine Wisdom, etc. from on High. That’s exactly how Mary the sister of Martha knew what she was to do, when she was to do it, and how she was to do it. She had the ability to foresee her role in serving the Lord. She was there – the right place at the right time. She anointed Jesus with Nard and Myrrh. ”
1 Corinthians 3:19 AMP
” For this world’s wisdom is foolishness (absurdity and stupidity) with God, for it is written, He lays hold of the wise in their [own] craftiness;”
John 12:3 AMP
3 Mary took a pound of ointment of pure liquid nard [a rare perfume] that was very expensive, and she poured it on Jesus’ feet and wiped them with her hair. And the whole house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume.
As Bill Johnson so rightly said:
“The Old Testament is filled with questions that the cross has answered.
Who did Jesus not heal when they came to Him for healing?
When did He ever say that the Father had given them a sickness so they would become more holy or humble? Never.
A question cannot cancel a revelation, which means that any question I may have, has no power to cancel what God has shown me. Jesus is the perfect revelation of the Father. As such, Jesus Christ is perfect theology.
People ask, ‘What about Job?’ I tell them, ‘I’m not a disciple of Job; I’m a disciple of Jesus.’ Job was the question; Jesus is the answer. If I read Job and it doesn’t lead me to Jesus, then I never understood the question. All the law and the prophets were to create an awareness of need. That awareness prepared Israel for a Savior. To return to the standards of the law and the prophets at the expense of ignoring the perfect revelation of the Father given to us in the person of Jesus Christ, is to fall to the ultimate expression of arrogance. It puts us back in the place of control where we do what is humanly possible—and call it ministry.”
Quotes from the Lord :
To understand God’s parables is to attain the mind of Christ. This is one of the benefits of being born from above.

Being My disciple will cause even the sages to marvel. Just be with Me – Acts 4:13
Jesus Christ is Wisdom made manifest. Now and forevermore.
Ask Me for Wisdom and I will give it to you.
If I can do it for fishermen, what stops Me from doing it for you?
The Book of Proverbs isn’t a collection of human wisdom, but of divine rules to govern the whole of man’s conduct – his civil, religious, and business life.
1 Corinthians 1:26-28 Amplified Bible (AMP)
26 For [simply] consider your own call, brethren; not many [of you were considered to be] wise according to human estimates and standards, not many influential and powerful, not many of high and noble birth.
27 [No] for God selected (deliberately chose) what in the world is foolish to put the wise to shame, and what the world calls weak to put the strong to shame.
28 And God also selected (deliberately chose) what in the world is lowborn and insignificant and branded and treated with contempt, even the things that are nothing, that He might depose and bring to nothing the things that are,
