Heaven’s Gate and access

Heaven’s Gate

Submit, humble yourself, repent and you will get through the gate!
While having our quiet time this morning
We were given two different verses :

Revelation 3:18

I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see.
2 Peter 3:18

but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

To Him be the glory both now and forever. Amen.
Now comes the why?

The first is from the letter to the Laodicean church

One must read the verse before as well.

A luke-warm church that paid lip service to the Lord

Self-satisfied, rich and in need of nothing

A church more concerned with form rather than content and the heart

The request He is making then through these analogies through to verse 19 are

True faith

Enlightenment by the Spirit and Word of God (Dake’s study notes)
The verse in 2 Peter is a warning against backsliding too and how to avoid it. Reading first

2 Peter 3:17
You therefore, beloved, since you know this beforehand, beware lest you also fall from your own steadfastness, being led away with the error of the wicked;
So the overall picture He is giving us to release is :-

Focus on Me not yourself

Humble yourself and be righteous

Use my Grace to grow in the knowledge of Me to glorify Me
Just as we thought we had got the whole message, then came the blockbuster.

The number 318- What does it mean?

It adds up to 12, governmental perfection in the gematria In this context symbolising righteousness.

But the Hebrew letters it represents is more significant

Gimel 3- camel

Alef 1- leading

Cheth 8 – to inner chamber
Matthew 19:24

And again I say to you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.”
Remember the camel gate?

The camel representing the wealth of the patriarch has to unload and crawl through the gate ( dalet door ) humbling itself as the gate is very narrow to get to the inner chamber. (Heaven)

The camel needs to get rid of the wealth of this world to go through the gate to receive the wealth of Heaven.
When it returns if brings Heaven’s wealth and richness and fullness with it.
It is the binding principle between Heaven and earth.
